  This review is ONLY of Liam’s customer service. I sent an order in and within minutes I got several thunderstorm warnings. I was fully expecting a call to be told they need to cancel my order or it was going to be a long wait due to the storms but didn’t hear anything. During the height of the storm, I get a call from JJs saying that the driver, Liam, was having trouble finding my office. It can get really confusing, even with directions, so I totally understand. A minute later I see Liam soaking wet from running around trying to find the office. I felt terrible. He apologized profusely (which there was no need to) and brought me my sandwich. It was a bit wet but I was able to pop it in the toaster oven and all was well. I’m so sorry for the horrible timing. Thank you so much, Liam. You went above and way beyond! 🙏

  Ordered food 5 hours early for delivery at 11:00 am (during lunch time) for lunch with friends and food came 45 min late - well after lunch. Called to find out and person answering the phone indifferent. Shutter this business! Poor service - stay away
