- SFSyed FaizMay 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ that honestly left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as an Indian-American citizen. I paid the same amount as everyone else and simply ordered a meal and drinks like any normal customer would, but the attitude and behavior from two employees who are too racist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I never spoke disrespectfully or caused any issue, yet my coffee and drink seemed carelessly made and ruined for no reason. It genuinely felt like they did not want to prepare food orders and were only interested in quickly selling donuts while acting irritated when I asked for my meal. The entire interaction made me uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially because I was polite throughout the process. No customer should feel singled out, ignored, or treated badly when they are paying for service. Management seriously needs to look into the behavior and professionalism of the staff at this location and hold employees accountable for how customers are treated. I hope this review encourages better customer service, respect, and fairness toward everyone regardless of background.

- CLCandis LApr 10, 20261.0I ordered the new banana iced coffee and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I ordered on the app and went inside to get my coffee and the food I ordered. The coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all, it tasted like water with a few drops of coffee and the worst artificial banana flavoring I’ve ever tasted. They burned the food so bad and it looked disgusting! I tasted the hash browns and almost gagged! The sandwich went straight into the trash along with everything else. This was my first visit and DEFINITELY my last. I don’t know the area but I’m sure there’s a better Dunkin somewhere in the vicinity!
