Not sure of the name, but short and mean looking. She will watch her employees berate customers and not do anything. The kid with the glasses (around 18yo) should have been fired on the spot. Neither one of them deserve to be customer facing in any capacity. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. The absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever walked into. Absolute worst experience. Couldn’t imagine it being any worse. 1 star service is 1 too many. 500 plus reviews and 3 average speaks louder than this one review. Trust, this place sucks. The employees suck. The manager sucks.

Today I ordered a chicken bowl and she gave me 1/2 of a scoop of chicken and I asked if I can get a little more (usually it’s 1.5 scoops of chicken) and she said you can’t have anymore unless you want to pay for double. The manager has an attitude, not sure what the deal is but not friendly. They act like they get paid more the more protein they have left over at the end of the day. I go to the chipotles in Northbrook/Waukegan/Buffalo grove and have never had an issue, their all about customer satisfaction unlike at this location.

Do not dine in unless you are the first customer of the day or you want to clean your own table. The employee music in the kitchen always playing louder than the dining room music but you can hear both so it’s like listening to battle of the bands but everyone is playing at once. 0.0 friendliness. 0.0 attention to detail - if you get a burrito it’s just all stacked in the middle. Plenty of staff but usually one person will make your order even if there is a line. The tortilla cooker has been broken for a while. 0.0 caring.
