First, let me say, the food and the servings are not an issue, and I understand this is a very high-traffic location so I get it's busy. Most of the staff are not friendly or they just plain have attitude, like me asking for extra fajitas is a pain in the ass. Like I get it's just their job so I'm not asking for fake "Chick-fil-a" politeness! Just don't give me a stank-face, or make the most dramatic noise when I forget to ask for beans after you served the protein! I've only had one cashier who was nice and it wasn't anything crazy, she was just normally polite but it highlighted how annoyed the people putting together the foods are. Besides that, the tables are always dirty, I've never seen anyone clean even after rush hour passed. I always clean my own table. If you guys need to hire someone just to clean, hire them! It's like Chipotle is charging value prices. The bathroom had a dirty bunch of toilet paper covered in you know what, just lying next to the toilet... If this location wasn't literally across the street from my office, I would never visit this one -- Fountain Square, Libertyville, and Mundelein are 10x better!
