I was trying to order for me and my sister. I ask if she can ask if they are making more steak it's not like it's closing hours. I was there at 12:45pm. They still have what 10 hours left till closed lol. But let me describe what staff was this weirdo. She super skinny and pink and brown hair. And I know who are the managers incase anyone is reading. The staff with the collar shirts are managers. But not one manager decided to step up. Anyways I got a steak quesadilla. It was for my sister but she didn't bother to ask if that was it, just passed me through the line. & I was on the phone with my sister telling her about the experience. Was trying to get her lunch. We will see how my sister lunch was made.

Not sure of the name, but short and mean looking. She will watch her employees berate customers and not do anything. The kid with the glasses (around 18yo) should have been fired on the spot. Neither one of them deserve to be customer facing in any capacity. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. The absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever walked into. Absolute worst experience. Couldn’t imagine it being any worse. 1 star service is 1 too many. 500 plus reviews and 3 average speaks louder than this one review. Trust, this place sucks. The employees suck. The manager sucks.
