I was originally going to dine in but there were no clean tables available. They had 3 team members in the back probably washing dishes or something instead of in the lobby cleaning it up. Food was not portioned correctly across both my bowls and the chips were stale. Can’t give a 0 or else I would.

One of my family members got the burrito, brought it home & there was a ladybug in it! 🤮 We called the Chipotle & the manager there said we could have a refund for only the burrito (other things were ordered) if we brought the burrito back in. It was brought back & the manager tried to give us a gift card as a refund. We would never use it. She reluctantantly put a credit back on the CC used. The workers acted like the ladybug in the burrito was "extra protein" .

The bowl was thrown out after seeing ladybugs as well. I called the store and was told to bring back the uneaten portion of the food for a refund. We drove back to the restaurant and was offered a food voucher card (like we would ever eat at Chipotle again). I was told I would see the refund in 5 to 7 days. They took my money right away, but takes that long for a refund. The manager seemed completely nonchalant that there were live ladybugs crawling in our food. Do NOT eat at Chipotle, they are not clean and clearly do not check their ingredients for critters before serving customers. I attempted to give ZERO stars, but it would not let me post the review without choosing 1 star.
