The staff was friendly and courteous, making me believe that this must be a management decision to close the store at a different time than is advertised. Other reviews seem to mirror my experience, and this location is definitely on the skip list for me

I ordered a half steak, half chicken bowl and asked for two sides of sour cream instead of having it on my bowl. I was charged $1.60 just because the sour cream was on the side. In all the years I’ve been eating at Chipotle, I’ve never been charged for getting sour cream on the side instead of on my bowl. Because of that, I decided to request a full refund. However, I wasn’t even refunded the correct amount and had to go back into the store to get the remaining money that was owed to me. While the manager was attentive, I felt they were also dismissive of my concerns. The entire situation was frustrating and left a bad impression. Customer service and consistency matter, especially for loyal customers, and unfortunately this experience was enough for me to decide I won’t be coming back.
