  Recently, my experiences at this store were disappointing. I picked up a prescription medication and received another patient's (with a similar name) Immunization History Report in the bag. There's a Korean kimchi product containing fish sauce erroneously stocked on the refrigerator shelf and misidentified by the shelf label as being vegan. The store is out of stock of the vegan product so that empty space is filled without pulling the original label. Careless and reckless. Unfortunately, it's disappointing there are not many employees on the front end who work with customers in a professional and timely manner. It's like they don't have to answer to anybody and can get away with not doing their job

  As a regular customer, I have become more and more dissatisfied. Over the past two months, the service at the meat department and the direct interaction with customers have consistently become a source of problems, stress, and frustration. To get just a few pieces of roasted chicken, you have to wait anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes, even when there are only one or two people in front of or behind you. The employees have become extremely unfriendly, and since people with special needs were introduced as cashier assistants, things seem to have gone downhill. I am not saying that those people should not have the opportunity to work and earn a living, but overall, the entire atmosphere has changed. What used to be a pleasant and friendly environment for everyone, including customers, has become nothing but a source of stress and frustration. Honestly, I am trying to come here as little as possible

  Never make enough rotisserie chicken compared to others..deli is a mess..not enough employees..some in the fried chicken area have an attitude...ive talked to the manager..he had an attitude and tried to talk down to me lol.... giving my business to aldis whole foods marianos..anywhere else but here..definitely needs a management change..

  Used to be ok, now they don’t even staff the registers. Just walked out and left my cart - huge line, not a single manned register. Just reprehensible.

  If ordering a cake from here and Bing is taking your order (older female), don’t even bother. She wouldn’t listen to what I wanted, kept talking over me and just scribbled down everything. Everything I asked her was either idk, we can try but can’t promise or you don’t need that.. I needed 3 cakes. The bakery and chicken did not give me any receipt confirmation that they took my orders. Something told me to order my cakes somewhere else, so I did. Called to cancel yesterday, Thursday (party is on Saturday), none of the 3 sheets she did for me could be found. Thank god I ordered somewhere else cause she would’ve ruined a big day if I showed up and no cakes were made for me!
