But after what happened twice in the same week, I feel like I need to leave a review. About five days ago, I ordered a steak quesadilla and somehow received only a half-full cup of queso blanco. Queso wasn’t even part of my order. Why would anyone order a single half-full cup of cheese instead of the actual meal they paid for? Then today I ordered another steak quesadilla, and this time I got a cold cheese quesadilla with the steak on the side, completely freezing cold. That’s not what I ordered either. These aren’t small mistakes like forgetting a topping or sauce. They’re completely wrong orders, and it’s really frustrating, especially when it keeps happening. I order from this location because it’s convenient, but it’s getting hard to justify ordering again when I can’t count on receiving what I actually paid for. I hope management takes a closer look at quality control because this level of accuracy isn’t acceptable, especially for repeat customers. I like Chipotle, but if I can’t trust that I’ll receive the meal I actually paid for, there’s no reason for me to keep ordering from this location.

Even after looking in the bag and catching the errors, they still have additional errors within the boxes. Tonight the three tacos for $12 were only two tacos, also a missing quesadilla in the kids meal. When you call the store to try to get it resolved, no one answers. When you do the online chat bot it won't let you do anything. I think this store might blacklist Chipotle for me forever. How could it be this terrible??
