  This was my first time at CAVA, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the exceptional service. Sam B the Assistant GM, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations while helping me create the perfect bowl. She explained the different meat options and guided me on what toppings to choose, which made the experience even better. The other ladies working on the line were also very friendly and provided great service. CAVA is now one of my favorite food spots, and this location will definitely be my #1 because of the amazing food, clean environment, and outstanding customer service!

  Love this place! Food is amazing, and the service is great. I’ve had Lailany and Dulce serve me a couple times and they’re so sweet—I always feel welcomed and never rushed when I’m here!

  I made a quick CAVA stop on my way to work after class. I was planning on grabbing a bowl with more micronutrients than my recent school mode fare and got treated to the customer service they idealize in training videos. While being expertly and considerately attended to by the sole line worker, I was blown away by the friendliness, patience and attention to detail I was show. So much that I regrettably missed checking her name tag for a more personalized shout out. She’s the reason I went for the upsell and I insist upon heaping all credit for the positive experience on her talent and skill dealing with the hungry public. Since I don’t know who to thank specifically, I’d suggest all current employees received a raise and commendations. Just to be safe. The harissa BBQ pita chip splurge was indeed worth it. Big ups to people helping people and beluga lentils.
