He greeted me warmly, was patient while I looked over the menu, and recommended some of the best wings I’ve had. Even though the restaurant was busy, Alberto stayed calm, friendly, and professional. He kept everything running smoothly and treated everyone with kindness and respect. (also) I had an excellent experience at Wingstop, and Vanessa made it especially memorable. She greeted me with a warm smile, was patient while I reviewed the menu, and recommended flavors that ended up being some of the best wings I have ever had. Even though the restaurant was busy, Vanessa stayed calm, courteous, and professional. She kept my order accurate, updated customers on wait times, and treated everyone with kindness and respect. My food arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. It is clear Vanessa takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer service. Overall, this was one of my best visits to Wingstop, and I hope she is working the next time I return.

Employees like her are a big reason people come back to a restaurant. Overall, this was one of the best Wingstop visits I've had. Great food, excellent service, and an employee who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Vanessa deserves recognition for her hard work and positive attitude. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope she's there the next time I visit!
