  Stopped in for a quick sandwich on my way home. The store was clean, the staff was quick and I was on my way.

  I've ordered Jimmy Johns many times before.... this has been the absolute WORST experience at the Kankakee, IL location. I've never ordered from this store before and never will again. Emily is, by far, the rudest employee you could have working there, even hung up on me. I placed an ordered at 335 and by 410 it was still not delivered. I called and spoke to Michael and he said the delivery driver forgot my order (as the tracker said it was being delivered already). Time passed and I called again to cancel the order. Emily got very rude and said, YOU JUST PLACED IT AT 335, WHY ARE YOU CANCELING IT? I told her it never ever took 45 minutes to get a sandwich from JJ. She hung up and me so I called right back. As I was speaking to Michael again (I assume Emily wouldn't answer the call), my food was finally delivered and I hung up with Michael. I took the food in the house and the delivery driver came back up and said he needed to food back. So now you guys have 2 open sandwiches, a bag of opened chips that will be thrown out since Emily was extremely rude. I could've told the driver no and ate it but I wasn't going to put him in a bad situation. Never again will this location receive any business from me. I hope you can do better with your future customers and maybe INFORM them when their order was left at the store and they are waiting 45 minutes for their food and inform Emily how to talk to customers. Absolutely one of the TOP worst experiences I've ever had in fast food.

  Got a delivery and the bag and my cup smell like cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting.
