  At first I had no issues but the last 2 times I went my iced coffee was wrong first the size then I would pay extra for espresso shot and it was never added , today I gave them one more chance to get it right and they decided to not add it again then not even add the vanilla syrup so my coffee was completely bitter. I’m done the only reason I would come here is bc it’s literally right by my house. At this point I’m pretty sure the girl is doing it on purpose she has a nasty attitude not friendly at all looks like she hates her job. I guess I either have to drive to another location or stick to Dunkin because this is ridiculous. I worked at McDonalds before it’s not that hard to make an iced coffee and add an espresso shot to it. They need to do better and work on their customer service.

  Could be faster, add more people heavily understaffed.

  I knew I would find a good McDonalds and it wouldn’t take long! :) The lady in the drive through was so polite and even thanked me for ordering! I hope that she has a good morning :D
