This place sucks! The menus were sticky and nasty, the table was wobbly the food was gross, and they charged me a gratuity but there is nothing posted abt it UNTILL you get the check. And there was only 5 of us. And the bill was outrageous $130!!!. $13 for 4 soft drinks!!! Will never go back. Waste of money. I almost never give a bad review bt when I do it well deserved. Horrible.

Ordered $90 worth of food on door dash and was missing a majority of my food. When I called the employee who answered the phone was very apologetic and tried to help the situation but after speaking to the manager nothing was resolved. I was given the option to come pick up my food that was missing. Upon arrival I was questioned by multiple staff members on what I was there for what was missing, treated as if I was trying to scam them. I then waited 10-15 min near the front counter and was not acknowledged or assured my order was coming out as the staff members laughed joked and sat on their phones. As a person who has worked in the food service industry for 15 years I see it as very sad that the managers don’t put any effort into recovering their guest. Every guest should matter right? I guess not when you come here. They have time to post TikTok’s all day but no time to make things right for their guests .

I went ALL IN this morning: Big Breakfast Croissant, Stuffed French Toast, bacon, sausage, AND biscuits and gravy. No regrets. The croissant sandwich alone could feed two people, and the stuffed French toast (sweet cheese, berries, bananas, pecans, caramel) is dessert-for-breakfast done right. What makes it even better: this is a real family story. Betty and Louie Polimenakos ran Louis’ Family Restaurant for 30 years, and now their sons Nick and Michael — who were headed for engineering and medicine — came back home to carry on the legacy with Louie’s Waffle House. You can taste the “we’ve been doing this for decades” in every plate. Don’t sleep on dinner either — they’ve got pasta, burgers, gyros, Philly steak sandwiches, and even a full pizza menu, so this isn’t just a breakfast stop. Bonus: snap a free pic at Waffles’ Photobooth (named after their dog!) right at the entrance — perfect for the ’gram.

I wasn't sure about eating here. Most restaurants I try are usually disappointing. This one was not. The menu was a little overwhelming, because it had so many options. I wanted a large meal for a reasonable price and settled on the pork chop dinner. I was expecting small cutlets with a fast food amount of sides. I was pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes. To add to the dining pleasure was my server, Ashley. She was very pleasant, friendly and personable. She was pretty attentive and kept the table clear of empty dishes. The pork chops were larger than my palms, tender and delicious. I finished the gravy with the first chop (I'm from the south and drink gravy). I asked for hot sauce for the other two. They even have choices for that, including Cholula, Tabasco, Louisiana and Franks. They have the best onion rings I have had in a long time. When you bite it, you aren't pulling onion strings, you actually bite onion. Very crispy, fresh and delicious. The sweet potato fries were also exceptional. I am used to getting overcooked shoestring cuts, but these were well cooked wedges. I highly recommend coming here, with an appetite. For all you veterans out there, they have your discount. I'm from out of town, but if I happen to be in the neighborhood, I will definitely have to come back and try something different.
