- BPBrittani PendletonJul 2, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the way my father was treated by the manager, Paige. Because of how this situation was handled, he is now out $500, and that money was intended for his rent. He lives on a fixed income, has recently undergone two major surgeries, and nearly lost his life. As a result of not receiving the Western Union money order he needed, he is now facing the possibility of eviction from his landlord. He is absolutely devastated, scared, and overwhelmed. He’s worried about losing his home and is terrified about what this means for his family. No one should have to experience that kind of fear over money that was supposed to be available to them. What upset us the most was the complete lack of compassion. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue or accommodate someone in such a difficult situation, Paige chose to threaten to call security on a man who is almost 60 years old and was simply trying to get answers about his money. Customer service should include empathy, especially when someone is dealing with serious health issues and financial hardship. This experience was heartbreaking and unacceptable. We will be contacting corporate to make them aware of how this situation was handled and to request that it be thoroughly investigated. I sincerely hope they take this matter seriously and ensure no one else is treated this way. I need answers because this is my family facing eviction on a holiday weekend PAIGE!
