  My family and I visited Fresh thyme. Market for a regular grocery shopping trip. We were excited to shop there because of the unique products available. However, our experience at checkout was deeply disappointing and upsetting. While we were scanning our items at the self-checkout, a staff member positioned herself directly in front of us and stared intensely. When I briefly placed grapes in the bag before weighing them, she approached with an accusatory tone and told me I had to weigh them first. I understood and corrected the mistake. As we continued scanning, my girlfriend handed me avocados that she had scanned, and the same staff member accused me of not scanning them and stealing them, demanding I scan the avocados. When I asked if she was watching me, she said yes, she had to. This felt like racial profiling. When I pointed out that my girlfriend was the one scanning the avocados and asked if she was actually watching, it became clear she was focused solely on me. This experience made us feel unwelcome and accused. We left without completing our purchase. I hope the store addresses how staff monitor and interact with customers.

  I always wanted to go in here and finally went with my girlfriend. The stench would have made me turn around immediately and leave but she convinced me to look around. I did look, but the smell was everywhere not just at the entrance. We bought nothing and I shan't be returning.

  Friendly and helpful employees. Love all the gluten free products. They have everything I need and more. Never had a problem.
