I almost always place mobile orders because I expect the staff to simply follow what's clearly listed on the order sticker. Unfortunately, every drink seems to be made differently each time, despite specifying the exact number of flavor pumps and sweetener packets in the app. The inconsistency is frustrating, and the drinks often don't taste anything like what was ordered. My most recent visit was the final straw. They nearly forgot to include the coffee in my order until I reminded them. In hindsight, that should have been a warning sign to check everything before leaving. When I got home, I discovered that one of the food items I paid for was missing entirely. To make matters worse, they never seem to provide receipts. Whether that's due to poor training or something else, it makes it difficult to verify orders and provide feedback through Dunkin's customer survey process. Between inaccurate drinks, forgotten items, and a general lack of attention to detail, this location needs significant improvement in quality control and order accuracy. I won't be going out of my way to visit this Dunkin' again.
