- AAAdria2 days ago2.0Restaurant was dirty, tables, floor, and the bathroom. Let’s get into the food, black beans were out in the container and instead of grabbing new from the back I got an ample amount of juices with very little beans. The server didn’t scoop a full scoop of meat but had no problem with filling the bowl with rice. The guacamole looked brown, old, and questionable and when asked about the state of it, the employee stated they make fresh every morning. I also asked the manager and she stated the oxidized after cutting( code for sat out too long. The experience and lack of hospitality was so bad, I won’t be back to this location ever again.

The service was poor from the start, and the portion sizes were ridiculously small compared to what you normally expect, especially for the price you’re paying now. When I politely questioned the employee about the portion size, instead of simply addressing it or adding a reasonable amount, they immediately developed a bad attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking. I understand portions have guidelines, but there’s a difference between following portion sizes and barely putting any food in the bowl. Poor portions are one thing, but the attitude and customer service made the experience even worse. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Chipotle.

- KCKevin CyganJul 29, 20261.0I asked for double chicken and steak woman making my bowl was in a huge rush and gave me the bottom of what was left of the steak I kindly asked for more she said “are you going to pay for triple? I said no your in a big rush and didn’t even give me double she proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t give me more unless I paid for triple I walked out she said “that’s fine see ya later” I’ve been going to chipotle for over 10 years I will not be back. I’m a United States veteran and I’m so glad these are the people I went to war to protect.
