  Im sure Chipotle corporate loves this place with how little food they give. It’s genuinely astonishing. There have been times where this place gave me 60% of the food compared to other nearby locations. I’m a HUGE Chipotle fan and unfortunately this is my local Chipotle so I’m forced to go here but after my latest visit where I was sitting in my car before going in mentally preparing myself for dealing with this restaurants staff specifically the manager that is constantly micromanaging and is literally bipolar. After yet another terrible experience where she tried charging me $16 for a honey chicken bowl (no extras) cause I asked for the chicken on the side (which btw wasn’t mentioned until checkout and no other location has ever charged me). I already believe Chipotle is a terrible value nowadays but the food is still good so I still go but this will be the last time I will ever go to this location. Don’t need to feel like I’m always in a battle when I’m just trying to get a bowl for lunch.

  For a good while now (last couple of years) I've been noticing the portion size has been decreasing significantly. I thought maybe it was just me so I did a bit of research and sure enough, there was plenty of YouTube videos with the same complaint. So I have been going a lot less frequently. Today I ordered (online pick up) what I usually get which is a double wrapped burrito and got what looked like half a burrito. Not to drag on this post but I must mention the last time I went in person to order, I asked the server to add a bit more meat because they had only given me one spoonful and was told that I would be charged double. I've always been a huge fan of Chipotle but this has gotten ridiculous. Never going back.

  dont waste your time coming here. Horrible customer service especially the lady serving your food. Extremely rude . Not worth going to

  I went today to get food with another person and as we were walking up to the counter, a woman with a chipotle shirt gestured for us to open the door for her from the outside. We opened the door and as a joke my friend said “we aren’t going to get in trouble for that right?” The woman then gave us an attitude and rushed past us saying “Uh I work here.” An other employee asked her what she was doing back and the woman replied “stealing” as she grabbed a container and started placing food in it. Very rude! I understand that she was not on the clock so did not have provide proper customer service which is fine, but she didn’t have to be rude. The portion sizes for meat here were small as usual but the customer service of the young woman working cashier was great.

  Food is ok, but service is bad. I don't think they like customers, the very people that keep them employed. Getting attitude when just picking up my online order; why? Haven't said a word, simply waiting in line to pick up my order... Employee getting mobile orders points at me, whispers to coworker then laughs and never actually provides service. Weirdos
