  This location needs to be closed or the entire staff needs to either be fired or retrained properly, manager included . I shouldn't have to deal with nasty attitudes cold food and an unfriendly environment. I asked for extra chicken for my protein goal which means extra profit for the owner but the employees have a problem with that and are slamming and throwing things around no greetings no smile not even a thank you at check out. The restrooms are unclean and not stocked. Have the regional manager/owner do a surprise unexpected visit and they will certainly agree. Not only do I visit this location but I am heavily invested in CMG STOCK it really makes want to sell all of my shares and be done with it.hopefully it gets better if not I won't be a customer any more longer

  Marcello had exceptional customer service and was very polite. Positive attitude on a holiday is a huge asset to the team

  Lady taking my order was very rude. I’m wondering if it was the same lady that another google reviewer “Glover” left a review about earlier today. Seems to match the employee’s description. I make sure to be extra polite to food service people since I work in the industry so it definitely irks me when that is not reciprocated especially when I’m the paying customer. She spoke monotone and didn’t smile at all, looked irritated that she was even there. Surely no niceties like “welcome in” or even a simple “hello”. When I told her what I wanted and didn’t want, she would ask me again but more aggressively so I would repeat myself a little louder and clearer in case she didn’t hear the first time and then she seemed upset that I was raising my voice so she could hear me better. I was relieved that the lady ringing me up was much friendlier and even told me to have a nice night. To top off the bad experience, the rice was really hard like it hadn’t been cooked long enough. The only perk was that the place was clean.

  This is the worst experience I’ve had at this Chipotle location. The Hispanic girl that took my order had a nasty attitude. Not to mention that when I was telling her what to add on my plates she would close the lids on them when I wasn’t even done choosing which cause her to have to repeatedly open them and still have the audacity to be upset and irritated about it. Therefore some of my bowls were missing some toppings and I didn’t even bother anymore because she obviously was displeased doing her job.

  I recently visited this location and had a mixed experience. The employee who started my order was very friendly and provided great customer service. I asked if I could taste the rice to make sure it wasn't hard, and he had no problem letting me do that. However, when my bowl was passed to the manager to finish preparing it, the experience changed. As she was adding the protein, I politely asked if I could have a few extra pieces without being charged for extra meat. She told me no and said she felt she had already given me enough. I explained that at other Chipotle locations, employees have been willing to add a few extra pieces without charging for double protein, but she still refused. I asked if she was the manager, and she confirmed that she was. Because of the interaction, I contacted Chipotle's corporate office to share my experience. In all the years I've visited Chipotle, I've never had an issue over a small request like that. Thankfully, corporate did follow up and compensated me for the experience. While I appreciated that resolution and the excellent service from the first employee, the interaction with management left a negative impression.
