  Went with sis, and both agreed it was terrible. Terrible smoothie at this location and long wait time (like 10 mins) for only having one car in front. Other locations are better. Trash sad music too.

  First time trying the coffee . I got a Carmel coffee hot. It was fantastic will be coming back. It is a little expensive so be warned but overall was very good. Tried with the family and they also agreed. 👍

  I'm anaphylactic to Dairy and just had the best drink of my entire life here! I got the banana bread made with oatmeal I made sure they didn't steer it as I wasn't sure if they dipped the spoon in multiple coffees and I don't want cross-contamination due to my allergy. It was amazing! On the downside I can't stop thinking about how bad I want another one! I wish they were close to my house because I literally might go everyday!!! Can you all build a location in Shorewood Illinois or Minooka Illinois please?

  VERY bizarre, vulgar experience around 8 PM last night. The employees working the drive-thru were making sexually suggestive and inappropriate comments, joking about my physical appearance, laughing amongst themselves, giving smug looks throughout the interaction. The entire exchange felt vulgar, mocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We came for drinks, not to be ridiculed or made uncomfortable by employees. Management should seriously address the behavior of whoever was working the drive-thru around around 8PM THAT time, everybody isn’t too keen on joking and playing around…especially at night time after work. Thank you.

  Just ordered a pumpkin large coffee one drink asked for light ice because my teeth are very sensitive and they filled it with ice I told them I asked for lit ice and she said this is there standard for that when I ordered it saying light ice because of my teeth it’s what the customers want not your employees..and when I ask for light ice from lockport location they do it any other time I never have a problem. Only this location never will I ever come here again mind you the girl was very rude to us we told her about it nicely and that how we received the drink wasn’t even filled all the way very disappointing
