  Orders are not taken in the order that cars arrive. Both times my car was skipped and cars that came after me were prioritized first. Employees working are so rude. One didn’t even speak to me when they approached the window. It was so awkward. They just waited silently until I placed my order and told me my amount and walked away after I paid. I’ve gone to this location twice and ordered the same drink. It tasted different each time. Terrible coffee, terrible service.

  PLEASE TIP THESE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN CASH!!! They get pennies on the dollar from that tip screen smh!! I was furious to find that out today, after I’ve been telling them to not skipping over that screen because they deserve something for standing out there in the summer heat all day! That’s trash and I’m going to let corporate know about it! It’s hard enough out here…give the kids their damn tip money! Unreal! Just a local disabled veteran looking out for our future generation! Some kids don’t even want to work and these kids are working and getting screwed!

  Great fast efficient Service. The Drink was perfectly made. Jiiggie was so helpful with explaining drink Selections.

  I always have had great customer service when I’ve gone. I do go super early so there’s almost no cars in line which makes a difference I’d say. Overall they seem to make the line go quick.
