  Honestly the quality of the drinks I get here are great, but half the time the staff is on their phones. It doesn’t seem like their understaffed but why is no one doing their job?? It shouldn’t take me 30 minutes daily to get my drink.

  I am not sure if this is the correct location but my co worker won a contest and a huge delivery was made of a variety of drinks including eagerly drinks. Normally I don’t like coffee drinks or energy drinks but the blue rush drink was amazing. I even brought one home for a family member who surprisingly drank it quickly not knowing it an energy drink. I do recommend. Check out this awesome photo.

  I absolutely LOVE this location. They ALWAYS get my order exactly how I want it. 7brew has been popping up all over IL and it’s become my guilty pleasure and need like every week. So everytime I see one, I’ll stop and order. It’s like every other location never gets it right but this one? ✨🫶 They get it right EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and I can’t thank these employees enough. If 7 brew corporate awards any employees? This is the location. I drive an hour from my house just for this particular one and it always hits right. Thank you all so so so much!!

  If I could give this place a 0 I would . The service was terrible the atmosphere looked lazy . I went to this seven brew on Friday for the 2 for 9, yes we pulled up at 10:53, but at least the cooperation I work at, a costumer is a costumer and the facility should be closed at the time it says it should be closed. We pulled up with one girl inside just staring at us leaning onto the glass with her hand on her chin, another lady counting the money not even acknowledging us, another guy standing next to her and ONE person walking ?? Our window is put down and we’re waiting for our order to be taking like as one should, the lady counting money, with no eye contact and to add on attitude, proceeds to tell us they’re closed ? But they close at 11? This service and treatment was terrible the costumer service was awful I expected better from seven brew and from this locations. Employees from the closing shift was just giving unproductive and unprofessional ..

  The service always seems rushed and panicked. When they are busy it is chaos. They all run around and seem to forget customer service. Nobody knows what to do. We have never seen an adult working there, always teenagers which is fine until something happens outside of the norm. Their systems stopped connecting and the person taking our order told us the total, another person ran over to them to advise of the system issue and they walked away without another word. We had to remind them of our order when we got to the front, which is understandable and they gave us a different total. Had to advice it was incorrect. The latte we were waiting on was not made correctly and it was terrible. $7 wasted along with the time it took for us to get the order. No apologies about the wait, the ordering process and just dismissal after we got our last drink.
