  I've only had a handful of their coffees but I think they are delicious! I hope to see more 7 Brews closer to me.

  So… yeah. First time impressions not good at all. I ordered two drinks. 2 hot drinks. The wait was low but a few things that make me not want to return and also suggest no one to waste their money. The whole ipad in my face to give a tip when I don’t know how the service is going to be. 15% is the lowest predetermined amount. Fine I gave it. My EXPECTATIONS are high if you believe to push a tip before even getting my drinks. Well I pull up to get my drinks. I get one hot and an iced one. Hmm so the person who wanted a tip didn’t take my order right. Ok fine, I took it since it was for someone else. No biggie. What ticked me off is they pass me what I thought to be my HOT drink. Nope, I drive 15 min to let it “cool off” to realize the cup isn’t even hot. It was room temp coffee. First time impression of this place is not good at all. How can someone mess up coffee this easy?? No double checking from all those people inside the building? It ticks me when a business ask for premium pricing, tip, and try to get away with this. Anyway, don’t waste your time. These folks have a lot to learn about making coffee and servicing clients. I have a one hr drive ahead of me with a lame drink.

  I ordered a sf Brewberry (Blue raspberry and strawberry) which is a purple drink. I was handed a turquoise drink (I believe a Brew lagoon was accidentally made (Blue raspberry, coconut, and pineapple) and when I questioned the drink color was told this was made correctly. I don’t mean to offend anyone but politely stated that this was not the right color. I am no expert but this also isn’t my first time ordering the drink. They insisted it was right but offered to remake it, and I was handed back a purple drink. I took a sip after driving away and it was clear that they just added Strawberry to the drink that they made incorrectly. I simply do not like coconut but imagine if there were allergies involved and I had been lied to. I also don’t appreciate being talked to as if I am stupid! Don’t know that I will be back anytime soon.

  I’ve been to this 7brew a few times now and I will say that the drinks are good. However, the service and location is terrible. The wait is always 15 minutes or more even with short lines. On this particular day it took 30 mins to get two drinks. Furthermore, there are not enough workers. The location for this 7brew is in such a bad spot that there is always a line outside onto the street. This paired with a short staff had led to traffic issues and severe cutting in lines. I waited 10 mins in the street to be cut by three cars due to no worker monitoring the entrance. If it is known that the lines and wait are long why is there no one watching the traffic at all times? It was also a nice day, so it could not have been because it was too cold or rainy. Im disappointed that this location is not up to the 7brew standards I’ve seen at other locations.
