  We came through for a baseball game. We ordered on the app and waited in the drive through for over an hour. No one waited on us and then when they did we got to the window and waited another 15 minutes. We got no fries. The girl walked away after handing us the first bags. Came back handed us the bag with fries. We're still missing fries at this point and now the whole bag of fries is ice cold. Then had an attitude when we asked for our whole order and fresh fries. We were not rude and we thanked her. I understand short staffing and had we not ordered online we would have left because they were clearly struggling. I just don't understand what happened to good customer service.

  Fast food is supposed to mean fast food. Not wait to order your food for 20 mins and then wait another 20 mins to get your food after ordering. This place is a literal joke and everyone moves at snails speed here. You can probably drive to the Godfrey location and back to town and eat your whole meal before you finally get your food at the Jerseyville location.

  All of my food was super fresh around 7 am. I opted to pick up my food inside and had to wait a couple minutes but she upgraded my drink to a large which I really appreciated. The ladies this morning were awesome!

  a worker threw a mcflurry at my head and then bent me over and slapped my butt and gave me free fries at the end of the spanking. I don't know how I feel about it but here's my input: #buttisred#shouldigoback?#victim#atleastigotfreefries

  It took 15 minutes to get to the speaker with only one car in front of me. I then waited another 5 minutes before anyone spoke. After that, it was another 5 minutes to reach the first window. When I got my food at the last window, no one said a word. I guess there’s no more hospitality anywhere.
