The cookies and cream shake with caramel drizzle I had was really good, although they were out of an original ingredient (cupcake), but the shake was still really good with the vanilla. Crew is awesome. I met one of the crew members this morning, Evelyn, there. She is so awesome! We had a conversation about baseball. I really enjoyed our conversation together while I was waiting for my shake. Thank you Evelyn and it was amazing to meet you! Would love to come back! Jacksonville, Illinois 7 Brew Crew, great job this morning! Evelyn, you are amazing and awesome! :)

She scoffed when I handed her cash for my drink as well as didnāt say anything to me besides āyour total is ___ā. She had a very grumpy attitude and even walked away from me to go talk to other employees when I tried to make small talk. Overall, the drink was amazing but Sophia was extremely rude and Iām wondering how she is still employed here.
