  Awful experience with the staff today. The person before me in the line was standing in front of the register and trying to call the cashier to pay for his order. She was trying to find it for another 3 min and then asked him to confirm and enter it again…ok, when it was my turn she ignored me for another 3 minutes gossiping with her coworkers. As soon as she took the order she returned to gossiping. I waited for 10 minutes and when my order was ready she just put it in the pick up area…am hello? I’m standing right in front of you! Such a disappointment and poor service.

  Kids mcnugget meal and 4 mcrispy straps, no sauces included at all. Absolutely ridiculous

  Making fun of someone for coming back to replace an item y'all messed up isn't cute. Asking me a million questions about when I was here and if I have a receipt and making me argue to get my sandwich replaced, while I'm holding the messed up original in my hand is a waste of everyone's time. AND THIS LOCATION IS NOTORIOUS FOR MESSING UP. 8/10 TIMES MY ORDER OF TWO ITEMS IS WRONG. Wanting it the way I ordered, because I am ALLERGIC, is completely normal. So idk why the young girl at the first window has such a problem, I heard her making fun of me at the second window. You like wasting your money? You think that's funny? That's exactly why you've been working there for as long as I can remember girl. Be kinder to others and you'll actually move up in life!

  As usual the food is the same and they mess up your order more then getting it correct. Giving you the wrong item in your order.

  Woman named Naomi came to deliver my food. She screamed that she needed my credit card as the first one didn’t go through yanked the credit card out of my hand would not give me her name. Had to stay in the drive-through until someone else came and gave me her name tried to call afterwards. Phone was not answered seven times in a row.
