Went there with USA soccer Jersey on and the people inside must be anti US or something because I was treated rudely and the girl in the window yelled out at me, your team ain’t playing today. They also forgot half my order. Probably not going back anytime soon, which is a shame because I used to like this location.

Had an online order and went through the drive through. I was told to go to the 1st window. I waited, guy not looking or speaking to me for almost 4 mins. He opens then window and says "what are you waiting here for?" Camly and confused I said "I was told to come to the 1st window?" With attitude like I ruined his day , " well usually people know or go to the second window if they don't want a receipt" "Your food is up there". "Please just pull up " The guy didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt so still..How could I know?? If thats how I'm gonna be treated for doing nothing wrong, yeah it'll be awhile before I'm back. Next time just simply open the window and ask why I'm there (even tho I talked to you 3 seconds ago) instead of waiting and treating me like I did something wrong. Take a break kid.

Always check your food from here. No matter what time you go. They never get the order correctly, if you dine in or go through the drive-thru. Also drive-thru and dining and are always slow service.

The lady at the drive through was super rude and pressing. I knew she was gonna mess the order up. And of course, she did talk to bold cashiers, very professional, I recommended that they would take her off of the drive through line. She's just messing things up and being rude. Say the least, the order was messed up.Will not be going back there

This is the second time I've gone through the drive thru and they missed something from my order. We had two steak, egg and cheese bagels (one a meal, no onions), two extra hash browns, and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The drive thru guy accidentally marked a sausage egg and cheese sandwich instead of the bacon, but corrected it. No receipt was given at the first window. I checked my order and one of the STEAK sandwiches were missing. I went inside and briefly waited by the mobile order pickup windows for someone to come up. A lady approached, who had an already irritated expression, walked up and grabbed my bag without greeting me or asking what was wrong. I told her that I just came through the drive thru and was missing a steak sandwich. She said, "I know. I didn't include it because he took it off." I corrected her and said, "That was the sausage sandwich he put on by mistake, not the steak sandwich." With an attitude, she grabbed the correct sandwich and dropped it in my bag. She knew she was wrong but continued to mutter the same thing she had said earlier. I don't eat McDonalds often, and this is certainly the worst experience I have had at one thus far. If you're wrong, but admit you're wrong and move along. Don't pretend like you're right when the customer clearly stated their order to you and what was incorrect.
