  I just bought a gallon of milk at 5:26pm today, I came home and served my toddler some and it looked clumpy. I checked the gallon and the sell by date isn’t until 9/15 but it smells bad and is no good. Not the first time this happens at this Jewel. The employees are always rude every time I go. I’m going to have to drive the extra 5 miles to the other Huntley location because I’m never returning to this one.

  Advertise sales make you buy 2, other advertising sales don't show up at check out. Very frustrating.

  The app never works in this store, pricing doesn't match between the app and the shelf and between the shelf/app and the register. Way too complicated of a shopping experience. Just give everybody the same price, some people don't want to shop on their phones, and your WIFI is awful, the app crashes in store. Tried to complain with the customer form online, but it didn't work, LIKE THE APP! So I guess I have to review you here. Also, what's with putting the chips strategically so I see this sign this way every time I leave the store? I'm offended and I'm not personally Jewish. Why have you not figured this out yet? You must be antisemites, this is so obvious. I pointed this out to employees at the store when I took this photo, months ago, and it's still positioned this way. UPDATE: Horrible store, just horrible. Since my first review above, they have updated to digital price tags. Great I thought, NOW I won't have pricing issues at this store. Nope, same problem. You have got to memorize every price for the items you pick up, and then I guess you need to tell the cashier to shut up? They lull me into a sense of calmness with their welcoming and friendly behavior and I don't pay attention to the checkout. Then I get home and realize I was insanely ripped off and now I have to go back to the store again to get the issue corrected. It happens CONSTANTLY at this store and I have had it. I'm going for the last time tomorrow morning to get my money back, AGAIN! And now I have no food to get me through the night, since I have to return their product. Thanks for making me starve AND wasting my gas Jewel. In my family we ask which Jewel you've gone to when returning home - "the good one" or "the bad one." Guess which one in town we refer to as "the bad one?"

  They never have anything at this store. The produce department is always empty. It's like Mother Hubbard's cupboard. There is nothing here. I don't know why I keep hoping things will be different.
