  This location has been such a disappointment time and time again. The staff is always rude with rolling their eyes or tossing the bag of chips at you. I asked for a side of lettuce and was going to be charged $1.60…for like 5 pieces of lettuce. I wish I could say it’s just one member of the team but there are at least 5 staff members that have a poor attitude over the times we have visited. I wish they had a manager there that would properly train the staff and monitor their behavior.

  Done going to this chipotle. Workers are always unfriendly. Never a smile or a welcome. If they don’t like their jobs go get a new one, they would rather be on their personal phones. Tried it again one more time and was again disappointed. Chewy fatty chicken, small portions, old lettuce, brown guacamole. And when I asked for a new guac they said that’s all they have with an attitude. Then why are we serving it?? Save your time and money.

  You want a honest review, here it is At this point I should have listened to the ratings, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and get my own opinion of it. Well, let me tell you, this shit sucks. 16 dollars for a bowl because they half-scooped it and then looked at me and said, "Sorry, some fell off." Mine? There wasn’t anything on the scoop to begin with. They have lost my service for good; it’s always this location that messes up.

  I am sick and tired of this place, instead of doing my homework I am writing this review because I am done with this location! It's so bad that if I could, I would send Gordon Ramsey over there to film an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. I have so many bad experiences that at this point you could say I have a whole case!!! I don't even write reviews, and I'm using a different email for this too! I have no other choice than this location when it comes to ordering on doordash too, so everytime I feel like i lose money due to how LITTLE food I get. I understand there are company policies but if I am paying $16 for a bowl, it shouldn't be half gone after 3 bites!!! From constantly skimping out on the portions, rude staff and managers, and just plain incompetency. Once they had tried to charge me the full price for a side of rice, one TINY scoop, even though a side of rice is still 4 scoops (i believe). 🤦‍♀️ I will never forget the time where I also ordered under a different name, which happened to be a man's name, and I ended up getting more food than ordering under my own name! Don't you think both men and women should be getting the same portion sizes as well? don't doordash chipotle if this happens to be your location, don't even think about ordering here!! you are getting scammed!! make the extra 20 minute drive to a different chipotle because this is RIDICULOUS!! I would write more, but I have written more on this review than the google doc that is supposed to have my essay that is due tomorrow afternoon!

  When I mentioned to the service provider that I had a gluten allergy, she initially didn't want to re-wash and change her gloves again. Before serving, I noticed that she was about to use the community utensils to scoop my food, I mentioned the procedure I've seen at the Woodstock location where they use new utensils before serving. I also mentioned that they retrieve the cheese from the cooler, she doubled down on proceeding and another server stepped in to cover the order. The atmosphere didn't feel welcoming. I expected worse treatment in Woodstock.
