  So I usually come here all the time and I never have an issue I mean, they’re usually not the friendliest but I’m here for food.. The food is usually good . so they have a reward system I’ve accumulated you know a certain amount of points and I wanted to redeem them for a free lunch special and online wouldn’t let me order it with the coupon. but since The online wasn’t allowing me to redeem the points. I went ahead and called my order over the phone and I asked hey can I redeem this in the location when I come in to pay for the food, can I redeem the points? It was confirmed that I can. So I proceed to go in the location to grab the food and I’m like hey can I redeem the points and she’s like yeah all you gotta do is tap your card so I tap my card and I ended up paying for it. It was an inconvenience for me because one I wasn’t expecting to pay for the food, but I was also told that I’ll be able to redeem my points in the store. Didn’t offer an apology nor refund, but as I proceed to look at my order, it didn’t have any bread or coleslaw so I proceed to go back in and I wasn’t offered you know oh hey this is on us for the inconvenience of the items missing and on top of making me pay for my order that I didn’t expect to pay for .I was charged for what was supposed to come with the special. just seeing the status of my rewards point shows that I showed the location love and I come up there and I purchased frequently. It was just an inconvenience and I felt like the employee didn’t care. She proceeds to say oh well I’ll just talk to them about it. She’s unsure. You can talk to them all you want, but you answered over the phone and said yes you can do it . You never know what position somebody’s in to just charge their card when they had the intentions of coming to get a free meal that was redeemed by rewards points. points that I’ve built up. that could’ve been my last couple of dollars which is why I was coming to get a free meal, but seems like people are very inconsiderate and lack basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, I probably will not be back because of this experience.

  Ran out of bread and didn’t inform us and stated they are waiting on a truck. They suggested letting the customer know which they didn’t do and or go get a loaf til the truck come which they didn’t. They gave me attitude when I asked for Cole slaw since there’s no bread. Wow

  I ordered online because this restaurant takes forever to cook your food and my lunch break is 30 minutes I usually order the wings but today I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders with fries and substitute hush puppies for an extra.90 cents. I go to pick up my food and there’s no fries they tell me that when you substitute the hush puppies they remove the fries!!! Like what nah remove the white bread not the fries. So I had to pay another $5 for a order of fries spending almost $17 for 3 chicken tenders and still no drink! Like I ordered from yall every week because I work right next door and walk over but thats ok from now on I’m going down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings!

  An amazing experience at this late night establishment. I was able to order on their app on my drive south from the City and it didn’t disappoint. Fresh! Hot! Crispy fries! Cold coleslaw and amazing wings. The icing…ready as promised and described perfectly the app. No wait. 4-Wings, Salt, Pepper, Hot & Mild sauce. IYKYK! Establishment was clean. No debris in the floor and staff was welcoming, friendly, courteous and polite. You don’t find that enough today. Most places act like they are doing you a favor and not consider that you are choosing to patronage them. Keep up the good customer service and quality food offerings. And keep that smile on your face when a customer enters. It’s a welcomed greeting.
