- AOAnonym OusJun 3, 20261.0The absolute worst burger I’ve had in my life by far, and I’ve reviewed dozens of burger places from fast food to fine dining establishments. I used to look forward to treating myself to Five Guys, but things have clearly changed for the worse. Now I see why every time I drive by this location, I don’t see any customers. I got a little bacon cheeseburger. The patty didn’t even cover half the space on the bun (see picture) AND it was thinner than a McDonald’s cheeseburger patty, I kid you not. I could not believe I paid almost $11 for this burger. They also need to have their soda machines serviced, as they are lacking flavor compared to all the other fast food restaurants I go to in the neighborhood. This has been an issue for awhile. A few days after my bad experience, someone else in my house wanted to get Five Guys. I warned them not to, but they went anyway. They ended up having the same exact experience as me, a tiny shriveled thin burger patty that they should not be charging so much for. They also asked for ketchup on their burger and the person literally drowned their burger in ketchup. It was all over the aluminum foil when they unwrapped the burger and dripping down the sides of the burger. I’ve never seen so much ketchup. Maybe they were trying to hide the tiny burger patty by slathering it in ketchup. My family and I will not spend another dime here. I would have been better off getting a whopper from BK, which would have been more filling/flavorful and cheaper. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!!
