  I ordered a nitro cold brew from the tap and I watched the girl pour from a pitcher that they serve the cold brew from. I asked her about it and told me it was the same thing. From the tap is not the same! I paid more money for a small and got a damn regular cold brew. She was rude and just turned away

  Customer service is excellent. The young lady with the locs took my order and even though it was wrong she corrected it with no issues. Her customer service was given like I was a regular customer of theirs. Even though it was busy she still made sure I got my ordered corrected in a timely manner. Wish I knew her name to for her a special shout out but you should know this location is the best in Homewood.

  Upon receiving food order, temperature of food is never hot and looks dried out... Food is always barely warm every time I come to this location. Coffee is okay, food is trash.
