  I LOATHED everything about this location, the people are rude, inattentive and don't care, the food is a hit and miss but this location is filled with horrible workers that curse in front of their customers, argue with each other, most of them are frowned up.

  Chipotle is so good!!!! I don't know why I don't go more often. It is so fresh & flavorful. I did a bowl with white rice, beans, barbacoa, salsa and lettuce. It was insanely good. I ate it so fast I didn't even take a picture. Definitely going back soon.

  The rudeness from the manager, Darnell and the food quality was horrible today and it often is, the beans were so dry. This place has so much potential, I am noticing that some of these people have no professional skills, some of them have nasty attitudes and they never have veggies ready and they don't change the food on a line so it's always some old tomatoes or some old food just sitting there or they don't have it or run out and don't replace it quick enough. I asked the manager for his name and he said he couldn't give it to me but it can be looked up because it was today after 7:00 p.m. there were nats flying around the food and the manager put his finger in the pico They could do so much better. I've been looking for another Chipotles that might be cleaner faster and more professional

  Just ate sofrita bowl for the first time. Very tasty, server gave me a teaspoon of sofrita and something was hard and crunchy almost cracked a tooth. I believe it was the brown rice, undercooked. Won’t be back, Lansing location pitiful too.

  I love chipotle when everything goes right lbs. this particular one was slow charged me for items I did not order. Customer service was mediocre at best. Atmosphere was so so. Hopefully next time I come will be a better experience
