- TITom Allen IIIOct 5, 20261.0Upon entry it was unclear as to where to start. After a few minutes I deduced which direction to head. When it was my turn to order I greeted the young man and he returned such with a smile. After promptly answering my question, for the non-spicy chicken he filled the bowl with brown rice, black beans, and chicken. He then passed the bowl to the young man to his left. Instead of further assisting me with completing my order the young man just walked away workout a word. I could see where he went but wasn't able to get his attention. After patiently waiting 3 minutes I asked the cashier about the young man, who'd gone to another area to prepare orders, if he was going to return and while shrugging she stated, "I don't know." I waited to make eye-contact, thinking such would yield at least an I'll be with you momentarily but he just continued to work another station. So, needless to say I walked out and traveled to another Chipotle. 😁

Ive never step foot in the restaurant i order off grubhub every single time. My portion are 10/10...The food 10/10...my order is ALWAYS right. I've probably ordered over 10 times from here. I just want to say thank you because some places do not care about delivery/to go orders they just do what they want. But this place has always been consistent for me. Thank you!!

When I tell you both entrees that I ordered was fireeee!!!!! The crews that worked today - Tuesday September 1st all deserve a raise. They had good energy and the food was perfect.👌🏾👌🏾
