We use ripe plantains instead of pasta, then add layers of our delicious seasoned ground beef and a light Puerto Rican Criollo sauce. We then add Caribbean white cheese to each layer and the top. This is then baked in a ceramic dish and topped with roasted red peppers and cilantro.
