  Whoever is baking at this jewel needs some training. We ordered a cake last week and it was awful. It was extremely dry and crumbled like sawdust when cut into. Also for the past 6months if not more, the cheddar jalapeno bagels are ALWAYS burnt. Please get someone that knows what they are doing. You should be embarrassed to put these products out on your shelves.

  I just wanna start out by saying that I do most of my shopping at night because of my work schedule so usually when I go shopping it’s after 10 o’clock and there’s normally just one person working a register or the self checkout which is no big deal you know I understand it’s a slower time. There are two girls that work there at night Tina and Olivia who are very helpful No matter what time if I need a rain check, they’ll write me a rain check or if I need help understanding something on my receipt or help finding an item to clip in the app or even walking me to the aisle if I can’t find an item, I’m looking for they’re very knowledgeable. They’re very friendly and they’re very helpful. There is one lady who’s been there recently. I’m not exactly sure how to pronounce her name or how to spell it. It begins with an A Every time I ask a question I get a bad attitude every time I ask for a rain check. She tells me the service desk closes at 9 o’clock and that’s really unfair especially on a Tuesday night when the sales over and she knows very well that I can’t get a rain check the next day for those items because the sales over also every time I ask for a refund she tells me you have to come back tomorrow to service desk closes at 9 O’clock. And I’m not the only customer that has had this experience I’ve talked to a couple more in the store As we were shopping and just like me, they cringe when they walk in the door cause they know they’re not gonna get good customer service.

  I've been going to this location once a week for years and still don't know why I still go shopping there. Not a month goes by without having to go to the service desk several times to get a refund for being overcharged for sale items. They give me a different excuse every time. My advice to you is if you absolutely have to shop there, check your receipt before you leave and save yourself a trip back. I'm one of the few out of hundreds of customers that actually cares about being overcharged for items. Chances are, once you get home, you're not going to want to go back.
