Despite polite interaction. After several instances at this particular location with other staff interaction, highly recommend the staff here complete training on implicit bias, Jewel Homer Glen.
- LOLilijana OApr 24, 20261.0What an awful expierence last night. There were many almost expired baked goods in the bakery. It was a ghost town rarely any employees on the floor or registers working. It was only around 7 pm. They only had one register open self checkout only at night open. The lady was terrible not friendly and on her phone the whole time texting and ignoring customers. She had dark haired appeared to be drunk or shouldn’t be working. (Middled aged) No hello thank you etc I had to greet her she mumbled and stared at me. This store has become horrible with customer service and the stock. The only good thing is the deli guys. The management has changed and not for the better. I go to Orland park by the Walmart and it’s day and night difference with service and products. They run that store better!
