  We have been there 5 times and every time we order its wrong. Food cold coffee no sugar and no sugar in sweet tea. Save your money. Find another coffee place.

  The person taking orders should work on their customer service skills either the dudes depressed with life or just hates his job there. No one wanted a downer when they are getting coffee lol

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a breakfast sandwich while on the road, and as I was eating it, I suddenly pulled a long brown hair out of my mouth. It was already bad enough, but since we couldn’t turn back, I tried to just move past it. Unfortunately, after taking two more bites, I ended up pulling TWO more long hairs out of the sandwich. At that point, I was completely disgusted and couldn’t finish the food. Seeing this happen, my wife decided not to even touch her sandwich after watching me pull multiple hairs out of mine. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. I highly recommend staying away from this location—cleanliness and basic food safety should never be this questionable.

  The staff here just clearly doesn't care. We had multiple issues with our order. Had to go back through the drive thru twice to have them correct the mistakes, and they still didn't get it right. Don't waste your time. Go to Starbucks.

  When in for some donuts and box of Joe. Service is very slow. Understaffed really. I stood waiting for 10 minutes while the helped the group of 3 before me. Then finally got their order and stood more while they are serving drive thru lane. Watched 2 Out of the 3 keep taking drive thru orders while I stand there and the 3rd was making drinks for the people in front of me. Not to say the people working weren’t working BUT need another person at least for morning rush. 30 minutes for 2 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of Joe.
