  Every single worker. Not one smile. Nothing. Rude as all can be. There were also kids in there that were messing around and no worker was doing ANYTHING about it. My food was made incorrectly. I placed a mobil order and they kept filling EVERY SINGLE ORDER before mine even though I had it placed for about 30 minutes!!! Do NOT go to this McDonalds. Go to the one on Meacham by Walmart instead. Food much better there and service is impeccable.

  Girl working drive thru pick up window1. Lose the attitude and snarky remarks when someone DID ask nicely for a cup holder for the multiple drinks you were about to give me. Next time do YOUR job the 1st time around and either put it in one or ask.

  Ordered through DoorDash from this location. Ordered a chicken nuggets meal and they forgot the nuggets themselves. They didn’t forget to give me the sauces, though. Paid $14 for them to forget the main item in the meal. It’s not like the driver can break the seal to make sure nothing is missing either.

  I left a negative review a couple of months ago. I gave it some time and I came back, and I am very impressed. When I first left that negative review, someone reached out and offered me a gift card, but I declined because I just wanted the service to get better. Last night- it was perfect, it was fast, the order taker was quick to take my order and ensured my order was correct, when they took my payment the lady at the window wished me a good night, it didn’t seem like she was forced to say it either the way that most corporate places normally do, it seemed casual and polite- which was amazing. Finally, when I got my food, the individual at the window put the sauce in the bag, ensuring that I had seen it. Unfortunately, this is a completely different crew from the one I had seen a couple of months ago- not sure what happened to them, and I wish they could have just improved, but this new crew is great. MCDONALDS should give them raises and do everything they can to keep them on their crew. Great work!
