  My son's birthday party went off without a hitch, and it was all thanks to Maddi. She was an incredible host and made everything so easy for me. Poor thing could tell I walked in stressed and came in "hot," but she immediately jumped into action, made sure everything was in place, helped our guests with whatever they needed, and made sure the whole party ran smoothly. I truly can't say enough good things about her or the rest of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was delicious, the management was fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Maddi and the team, I was actually able to relax and enjoy celebrating with my son. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone planning a party!

  Had a great experience. All you can play activities is totally worth it! Enjoyed the dip duo and my daughter had a delicious Shark drink. Our server Leslie was friendly. The manager Karol came over and checked in. Appreciate the attention to detail. We will be back soon.

  A group of 6 of us were seated and never given menus, so we went and grabbed them ourselves. Then, our orders were taken and it took over an hour to get our drinks and appetizers and eventually our food. Some of our food orders and appetizers were also the complete wrong items. Tables who ordered after us were served long before us. Servers seemed overall confused and were bringing out food/drinks to the wrong tables and several patrons had to flag them down to get their orders. I don’t think this was intentional - I think there was just confusion and poor organization across the board. Our server was kind and did a great job with us. I spoke to a manager who was kind and apologetic and was able to comp some of our food. Despite this kind effort, I don’t think I’ll be dining in at a Main Event again. Bowling, laser tag, and arcade games were great per usual!

  Wow, what an incredible experience! Main Event in Hoffman Estates has absolute gems on their hands with Daniel (Front Desk), the dining area manager, and the main manager. These three men are genuinely some of the kindest people we’ve ever run into! Daniel was a total superstar. He was incredibly patient while walking me through how to set up our two summer passes using a gift card, explaining everything step-by-step with total kindness!! Daniel even saved the day without hesitation when my son lost his game card! It is so rare to find such a genuinely kind, supportive crew now a days!!. This management trio is a massive asset to your company and absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!) for how wonderfully they treat people.

  My daughter went here for a school field trip. When she came back, she told me the fun she had while bowling, playing games, and eating lots of great pizza! However, she told me when her answer her friends went to go on the gravity ropes, that was when everything took a downfall. She complained how people were cutting in line, how long the line was, the staff in charge of the gravity rope walk were on their phones while everyone was waiting in line, and one lady who was in charge of watching everyone oh the walk, was horrible. She screamed at my daughter when she accidentally sat down, and her friend needed help with ber harness going down the zipline, but instead of helping her, the staff worker just kept yelling at her to fix her harness and her friend said she was so embarrassed as she just fixed her harness as quick as possible to get the lady to srop yelling at her. Then, a girl thought that a red light meant to not go down the zipline, but the lady very rudely yelled at her to go down the zipline. All she did was yell and scream at other kids very loudly as everyone stared and my daughter and her friends kept talking about how embarrassing it was when ever everyone stared when she yelled at them, and this is why I would give it a 3. So if you go on the gravity ropes, just be prepared to get yelled at and for everyone to stare at you and be embarrassed.
