  JP the manager was very rude when we came to ask about exchanging coins on advice of another customer. Just loudly saying how we should go to the bank to exchange them when obviously banks don't accept coins like this unless they come in those neat packs. Then when we came over again after using Coin star, he took twenty-five minutes to get to the front desk to service even after three employees came over to help contact him. Like who takes their time when the store is almost about to close and we need to turn this receipt in today. At least the three employees weren't rude like their manager JP. Very rude, don't come to this store because they'll treat you like the dirt under their shoes. If he doesn't want to work then he should quit if he's going to be so rude. And after he came, he beckon his hand to give him the money without a word of anything. I gave it to him because I wasn't about to argue since Im busy unlike him then after getting the cash and coins from the register, he threw it on the counter like chips on a casino table. Like what the hell? He should control his anger issues. So as I said before he doesn't like the other employees reminding him that there's customers at the desk then he should quit.

  At 1:32 pm, we came in after getting the receipt from coin star and went looking for customer service. Micheal the manager without even saying anything, she gesture us to come over with the beckoning gesture one would do to a dog and I told her that was not nice to do that gesture without saying anything at all and she replied I am nice. If she's not happy with her job then she shouldn't work as a manger.

  This is by far the worst shopping app I’ve ever used. It’s so frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. If you want people to shop at JO stores and keep coming back, why can’t management simply offer discounts without forcing everyone to use an app? The app is buggy, confusing, and it’s hard to find anything. Honestly, it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even want to shop at this store anymore. I’d rather go to Aldi, Walmart, or pretty much anywhere else.

  I would give half a star if I could. First and foremost, they've got really bad customer service. They gave bad attitude towards the customers when they needed some help, thinking that you're bothering them. Especially since the racial profiling was pretty obvious.
