  Coffee always tastes burned 😞 it in such a convenient location and everyone has always been nice (and I always get my order), but I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve given it multiple opportunities and the quality is just not there at this Dunkin.

  My boyfriend asked if the matcha latte was coffee and dude said let me check. He came back and said it's matcha, so he asked if that has coffee in it bc the guy still didn't answer the question. Then he has the audacity to scream into his mic it's matcha 3 times but still didn't say if there's coffee in it. We didn't ask for all that extra sassiness.

  Ordered an egg and cheese wrap and the cheese was so burnt. The place wasn't even busy so I don't know how they managed this

  I've been there twice, the first time was awful, and now I had to go back because I had no other option, and it was just as bad as the first time. The employees are rushed, hurrying you with your order, and when they give you your order, they don't give you what you asked for; they give you whatever they want. And my question is, why are they in such a hurry to take your order? I ordered a croissant sandwich with egg and cheese, and the egg was as cold as the cheese, the bread was burnt, and they added water to my drink, and then charged me extra for everything—for no ice, for adding protein milk. It was disgusting. I will never go back. If I could give zero stars, I would, but what a disappointment. They were lucky I was in a hurry; otherwise, I would have gone back and thrown what they decided to give me back at them because it wasn't what I ordered. -1000 out of 10. P.S. They should train their employees, or do they not speak English? 🤔
