  My husband and I came in right around 9 pm. What we witnessed tonight was nothing short of disgusting. I’m gonna try to describe in great detail what we witnessed. There is 1 gentleman in line in front of us. He is unhappy with his service and the food that was made for him. He asked the staff to remake the food. I’m not sure if the WHOLE staff was having a bad day but the “manager” starts verbally attacking the customer (A) giving him attitude, and overall being hostile. The gentleman helping my husband and I looked to be in training and new. Poor guy looked terrified of his manager. All of the staff working looked miserable. I will not be back to this or any chipotle. And if you are the gentleman that was in front of us; I’m so sorry.

  This is my least favorite Chipotle in the Schaumburg area, almost every time I go there is something bad about my experience. Most recently, my delivery order was 20 minutes late because they didn't put it out on the pickup shelf, my pickup driver was being patient and didn't realize until later that it was behind the counter. I don't go within 1-2 hours of closing because they won't refresh the bar & claim they are "out" if something needs to be refreshed.

  I told the lady put rice side of the bowl and steak she doesn’t know English and she mixed everything together. You should teach her how to make it. And avocado was so much salty

  Maybe learn how to roll a burrito? Its not that hard. As a consumer, it's not enjoyable to eat a bunch of salsa and veggies in the first half of the burrito and rice and beans in the second half.

  I’m not sure if my server making my bowl was rushing(with only one other customer behind me)but she seemed as though she had an attitude. In my 2 bowls when it came to protein she only gave what looked like a half scoop of steak and protein so of course they charged me for a double spoon. When we got to the sauce it’s was all types of corn and lettuce mixed in, which would make one only assume there’s cross contamination going on. My total for 2 bowls was $31 and when myself and my husband ate our bowl we couldn’t help but notice my chicken was flavorless and his steak was chewy. I mean bowl just disgusting, didn’t even finish it. I called customer service and they accommodated me, I could have took the bowls back full and barely touched but I would have gotten a gift card b/c I refuse to give this location another chance. I should have went to CAVA
