- TBTruss B3 days ago1.0Worst McDonald’s in the area. Male Hispanic manager is outrageously rude & disrespectful. I WILL be escalating to corporate. Ordered nuggets, got served old nuggets, came in polite and asked if I could have them remade since these weren’t the freshest, the employee at the counter was very nice and courteous unlike his manager. He had them remade but not before coming over to tell me that if I wanted “fresh” food I needed to request that? So if I don’t want old nasty food I have to request that? You should be cooking less more often and following quality control guidelines & policies to ensure you serve fresh food. I’ve been in the upper management food industry probably longer than this managers held his “title” & I’d never in a million years allow one of my managers to speak to a guest the way he did. If you want old nasty food, then be served an attitude after requesting fresher food, this is the McDonald’s for you. Simply pathetic & goes to show why he’s in the position he’s in.

Receive my drink, no problem.They didn’t even bother to put cheese on my Cheeseburger.The woman handing the food out the drive through doesn’t know what shes doing. I noticed the people who work there regularly were not there today, I don’t know what to say, but I would not go back there for the next few hours because people are mismanaged and they don’t know what’s going on. I was in the drive-through At 12:30,pm April 9, 2026 and couldn’t get my cheeseburger until 12:50 PM. Someone please take over today’s management.it’s seriously really bad.
