  Just drove here to get food for my family. Got to the location at 1:40pm and the door was locked. Everything was already cleaned up and put away, too. I thought they CLOSE at 2PM????? That's what the sign says (and their place page).......

  This was my first time visiting Einstein Bros. I had a online order and went inside to pick it up. The 2 lady's inside ignored me for the first few minutes so I walked over to them I had to say my name more than once for her to get it right. Once I got my order and got to my destination I realized all my items were not in my bag.

  Horrible. The girl that took my order could care less abiut taking my order. Didn't listen and rushed me through it. Of course she screwed it all up and as usual with horrible customer service I paid for food they didnt give me. Oh well, this is typical these days from businesses that dont care... never ever going here again. However judging by all the low scores Einstein has a bigger problem with this location. Horribly run. Oh and its just nasty in there. Dark and dingy. The display cases had nothing in them and looked like they haven't been used in forever. Very disorganized and dirty place in general.

  I am EXTREMELY upset. I absolutely love Einstein bagels but the inconsistency in the way food is prepared is my problem. I’m paying 10$ for a brisket bagel sandwich I EXPECT THERE TO BE BRISKET ON THE SANDWICH. On top of the skimpy serving I had to deal with the extremely rude long hair girl again. Most of the time Irma is there and my experience is a 10/10 she absolutely makes her food with love. She cares for her customers but the other girls I always get poor servings and attitudes served up. I definitely will not be spending my money here again. Third time I’ve had an unpleasant experience with her

  I bought some coffee and as I sat down I realized the restaurant is dirty. The floors haven’t been swept and i can’t guess how long it’s been since it’s been mopped. I went to use the washroom and it was filthy. I didn’t want to even touch anything. The two ladies working were not very busy as I was the only customer. I rate a restaurant on overall cleanliness and this one is at the bottom of the ranks.
