    This location has the SLOWEST & RUDEST staff I’ve ever come across at a JJ’s. Staff was moving with zero sense of urgency. They were arguing with some customers when we entered and took forever to take our order. Took over 25 mins to get our food. Not “Freaky Fast”. Then they kept messing up everyone’s sandwiches including ours. When I addressed what was taking so long and our order mistake the staff gave us a bunch of attitude. They were also in the kitchen cussing and talking loud about the customers they had earlier in the store which means they probably were talking about us when we left too. Never returning to this location.

    i just ordered two of the exact same sandwiches and they got the order wrong. i added on three extra things, got charged for them all and we couldn’t enjoy our food. they also put things on our sandwiches that i asked to not be put on. i would like a refund for the order.

    Arrived here on 02/28 shortly after noon. We were basically ignored for 6 min with no other customers in lobby. Had a County Club sandwich that was ok. Also had a Chicken Caesar Wrap that was the consistency of catfood. 0 chicken chunks in this wrap. Absolutely horrible with no taste. They would have gotten it back if we hadn't taken it to go. We're done with JJ.

    I placed an order during my lunch break while heading to a very important meeting thinking I would quickly be serviced. I was wrong. No freaky fast service at this location. While placing my order, the young lady seemed a little frustrated at the drive thru. I waited for over 15 mins on my sandwich. When I finally got to my destination to enjoy my lunch, I noticed mold on the top of my sandwich. I immediately called the location and spoke to the manager and expressed my frustration because there was no way this was a mistake. Whoever made the sandwich saw the mold however they continued to serve it to me. When I got off work, I drove out of my way to return my order and show the manager. Thankfully he didn’t question me and issued me a full refund. However, I will not be returning to this location. I will drive out of my way before supporting this store because it’s clear that the customers health is not their priority. Also, I should’ve requested a refund once I saw the bread pan sitting on the trash can from the drive thru, however, I ignored that red flag.
