  Wanted to get a drink and I asked for extra caramel around the cup meaning the cup has drizzle around it and on top just got extra caramel on top and not around the cup. Not mad at all it might be their first day. The workers serving me were so sweet and had a smile on their face ❤️

  The older lady working was insanely rude, she handed us sauce and then it dropped and she said “that what you get” rude for no reason. Horrible customer service.

  I had placed in order atleast 30 minutes before i went to pickup. I get there waited about 5 min and the girl came to my car and said they were out of strawberry pies. They didn't have any. They said it would take 12 minutes. The girl was rude. I don't understand why something like that wasn't ready. Then about 5 more minutes went by and a manager came to my car was really nice. They need a system that will give them a heads up if something is going to take a while to cook on an order so it can be ready.
