  I ordered a sandwich with extra ham, they gave me a sandwich with no ham. Not the biggest deal, however, there was no apology, nor was there any offer of a free chips or drink or sandwich or anything like that even though I had to make a 10 minute trek back to Jimmy John’s from my office. I was more irked about the fact that there was no apology, considering that I gave them the receipt that showed that was supposed to have extra ham

  The prices here have gotten pretty steep lately 😕 If you don’t pay extra for more turkey, you end up with just a tiny portion in an 8-inch sub, which feels disappointing. They also go really light on the avocado 🥑, which is a letdown. The sandwich itself is tasty 👍, but honestly it feels overpriced for what you actually get. That said, it’s still not as bad as Subway 😅 I went there recently for the first time in years, and paying $16 for a footlong was shocking 💸 Totally unreasonable in my opinion! Because of those crazy prices, I don’t see myself going back there again anytime soon 🚫🍽️

  Whoever was working at 1:30PM on March 23rd, 2026, is incompetent. I think if I repeat my order 3 times you should be able to tell the difference between giving me a club sub and a roast beef provolone.

  I ordered a toasted sandwich the JJBLT with added cheddar cheese no mayo with Italian dressing the ⌛ was cold and when I asked the young lady making the sandwichs had rolled her eyes when I asked about toasted it so I said never mind I will toast it when I get home

  The worst service I've ever received at Jimmy John's. I know it was very late, but they should have told me they weren't serving at that hour, and I would have just turned around and left, no problem. But the person who served me was very rude and practically threw the sandwich in my face and almost kicked me out of the store. All this just for doing a favor for someone who had just gotten out of the hospital, after having a very long day at work only to receive such terrible treatment. I didn’t plan to give him a hard time! 1/17/2026 8:50 pm who ever was working than
