  We order from here every once in a while. I’ve been going through cancer treatments and surgery, and I always crave a Jimmy John’s sub after surgery. There are typically little mistakes. Missing toppings, etc. but today they flat out made the full wrong sandwich. Like, nothing even remotely close to what I ordered. My husbands was fine. It was super disappointing, especially bc I can’t run back out and correct it as I can’t drive. I may try a different location next time or switch to Jersey Mikes or something. Just really disappointed.

  Absolute worst sandwich. Don't let that hispanic lady make your sub sandwich. No Lettuce no onions thin layer of meat. To much mayonaise. Don't care so don't waste your time or just as important your money.

  I ordered a sandwich with extra ham, they gave me a sandwich with no ham. Not the biggest deal, however, there was no apology, nor was there any offer of a free chips or drink or sandwich or anything like that even though I had to make a 10 minute trek back to Jimmy John’s from my office. I was more irked about the fact that there was no apology, considering that I gave them the receipt that showed that was supposed to have extra ham

  The prices here have gotten pretty steep lately 😕 If you don’t pay extra for more turkey, you end up with just a tiny portion in an 8-inch sub, which feels disappointing. They also go really light on the avocado 🥑, which is a letdown. The sandwich itself is tasty 👍, but honestly it feels overpriced for what you actually get. That said, it’s still not as bad as Subway 😅 I went there recently for the first time in years, and paying $16 for a footlong was shocking 💸 Totally unreasonable in my opinion! Because of those crazy prices, I don’t see myself going back there again anytime soon 🚫🍽️
