  Ive given this dunkin one to many visits to get my order right and they never do, always rushed when getting asked what i would like and today was the final straw, not one single item was correct and they forgot to give me an item all together! This place is a joke!

  Horrible response to this question. Can you please advise if there’s caffeine in your refresher drinks? I’ve gone about 3.5 years since consuming caffeine (aside from hot chocolate) and any time I order something from Dunkin I confirm if the drink has caffeine. I believe the new refresher drinks don’t contain caffeine based on the feedback of your employees at 2nd street in Highland Park, IL. I’ve recently had the Banana Mango Daydream and the Banana Strawberry Daydream. Upon asking I was told in both instance there’s no caffeine. I gave my 10 year old son the drinks as well based on this info, but this morning noticed that we were both jittery. Can you please advise? Unacceptable response! Thanks again for contacting us.   I love the fact that they have bananas for sale. I also love the fact that they made my drink perfectly. But I do think they should have cleaned off some of the tables.

  This place has been really frustrating when it comes to something as simple as bagels 😕🥯. They don’t actually toast them—instead, they just stick them in a warmer and add cream cheese on top. Because of that, the bagels come out kind of gummy and tough to chew, which totally ruins the experience 😬. I’ve brought it up a few times, hoping things would change, but nothing ever did, so I eventually gave up trying 🤷‍♂️. At this point, I only stop by for coffee ☕ because I know that’s at least reliable. It’s disappointing, since a properly toasted bagel would make a huge difference!
