I have had to get my money back more times than I can count over the last 5 years and I just cannot take it anymore. I can combine the amount of times I have had pricing issues at Tony's, Fairplay, Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Menards, Home Depot for the last 10 YEARS and still not have the same amount I have had with Jewels just THIS YEAR...If it isnt the mislabeling of sale items on shelves then its the horrendous sales papers listing things like "11oz Mission chips" only to find out AFTER check-out that it wasnt the "rounds" it was the triangles or dippers which is not in the paper and this BS happens with so many other items its beyond belief. Then, when it isnt a situation where you are going to return the item because of their screwups, then they are sold out of sale items...the day after a sale starts. If Jewel corporate had any idea how much of my money they DID NOT GET because of that, whoever is in charge of supplying the stores would be fired. I knew once they started the horribly implemented "For U" nonsense years ago that it would be just a matter of time before this chain would no longer be worth the TIME SPENT just trying to clip the coupons with the single worst system I have ever seen put in place...seriously, who came up with this? Click on a coupon on the sales paper and it does not autoclip but instead sends you to another page, where you have to scroll through all the coupons each time while not even providing a search function?!? Who wants to spend over 30 minutes doing this? PS. Get with the times...coupons are dated and should not need to be CLIPPED...any discounts/deals should be AUTOMATIC FFS.
