3 of my 4 burgers were dressed wrong,2of my 4 burgers were not fully cooked. They didn't pay attention to my order as being diabetic I ordered a Sprite Zero with sf cherry and got regular cherry flavoring. I live 15 min from the restaurant and it was very upsetting when I got home with my order and half of my family had no sandwich to eat. I also went on the website on the receipt and left a detailed review of my unsatisfactory visit to the restaurant and they claim they get back to you in no more than 48 hrs and it's been 4days so I assume they take their customer reviews/complaints not seriously. I'm sad I I have never had such a bad experience at this restaurant

I came around 10:30pm on saturday and pulled into the stall, i was then told they only did drive through because it’s late (which is no big deal) i pull out and start heading to the drive through but before i could get there, there was a car parked at the exit to get to the drive through (not in the drive through) i start honking my horn because i see there a line of car starting to get behind me to also get to the drive through. The car isn’t moving and i can see they are on their phone, i start blaring my horn because we have been sitting there for a full minute now and the cars behind me are starting to flash there lights at me and honking. They finally move and i get up to the speaker and the lady asked me what i wanted and i start tell her my order, in the middle of me saying my order a manager (im assuming?) goes on his mic and starts raising his voice at me asking” why i’m honking at people in the drive through.” I explained what happened to him over the speaker and was telling him that the car wasn’t in the drive through and was parked where no one can get by? he responded with “yeah okay” and then the girl had to restart my order because we got interrupted.. I guess because he heard me laughing while i was ordering because i mean it is funny because people are dumb..? And he probably thought i was being dumb because i’m young (and i know kids go through there and be dumb) but i was literally just trying to get food…? anyways i dont think its professional to interrupt a order to raise your voice at a person, especially a customer… food was still good thought and the girl at the window was very nice and understanding

I have no idea what they were doing but this is terrible. This is not a groovy chili cheese fry like I ordered. The container had been thrown in randomly just like this no ranch like I had asked and no groovy sauce no fork. It wasn't even full. Chili and cheese was half spilled in the bag. The fries were old and disgusting. I worked at a sonic years ago. I know for a fact this is not how we sonic. At least the ice coffee was up to par.

Impressed! I don't come to sonic often but it was convenient so I thought I'd give it a shot. Hanna took my order promptly and was super friendly. Food was great!

I wouldn’t have bought this if I had known what it would actually look like. I made the purchase based on Sonic’s advertising of their Blast, which set a much higher expectation.
For a company valued in the tens of billions of dollars, this was disappointing.
I paid over $7 after tax for a Reese’s Blast, and the portion was nowhere near what I expected. A gallon of vanilla ice cream from the grocery store costs only a few dollars and could easily make multiple servings larger than this, and a Reese’s package costs around $1.50–$2.00 at most convenience stores. The ingredients don’t justify receiving a dessert that feels incomplete.
What bothered me most wasn’t even the price—it was the value and consistency. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for a product to be properly finished after already paying for it. When ordering a specialty dessert, it should be made correctly the first time.
The ice cream itself tasted fine, but the portion size and presentation were disappointing. For the price, I expected a fully made Reese’s Blast, not something that looked half-finished when handed to me.
I hope Sonic focuses more on consistency and ensures customers receive the full product they are paying for.
I was genuinely shocked—and I’ve included photos as proof. (Picture with spoon is what I received) What I received was essentially vanilla ice cream with a light Reese’s mix-in for $7.
DQ here I come.
Stop using pictures as advertising especially when the product comes out like that… shameful!!!
