    I came there to order a meal for my wife and I she had the regular roast beef meal which was very good as always I ordered the cheese steak and even upgraded the extra 7.00 for the half pound sandwich..i was extremely disappointed my sandwich was mostly grisl and tough we spent a total of 32.00 on our dinner only to have to throw half of it away in trash ..very disappointing customer service was outstanding as usual..but this time the food wasn't worth it

    I'm a door Dashers and why when I just now came to pick up my customers order did the lady say she didn't have any roast beef, cheese sticks or curly fries

    I had a Drive Thru. Employee taking the order had a friendly clear voice. At the window I joked about her professional voice. She was so nice, friendly actually enjoyable. Katelyn. Great experience.

    Replaced an order online and it was scheduled at 1110 and it is now 1142 Not one person has acknowledged me sitting here in the drive through waiting for my food. Nothing. What a shame. I thought fast food was fast???
