  Came earlier today around 4 at the drive thru and the people at the window were more concerned talking to each other then acknowledging us or anything. Almost felt like we were bothering them

  My first time here but great fresh hot Italian beef sandwiches that my whole group enjoyed. The strawberry milkshake was delicious as well. Can certainly recommend.

  They hold you hostage in the drive-thru. Takes forever and I just get a sandwich and fries. So I tried ordering ahead but they dont give out pick up orders in the drive thru. But then next time I'm in drive thru I'm waiting for all these people with large pick up orders.... what is going on here? Foods fine but I just feel like I'm being treated like garbage

  Came here for the first time and absolutely loved this place. If I could give a higher rating I would. I was told to try the burgers and the hot dogs and both were amazing. I also tried there strawberry shake and that was amazing. The hospitality of the staff were exceptional. The place was clean and I loved the memorabilia. If my dad was still around I would have definitely brought him here. He would have loved this place just as much as I did. I would like to give a special thanks to the gentlemen who was cleaning and the manager that was working for their kindness and generosity.

  Portillo's used to be great, now they are just ok. Since Dick Portillo sold the business, customer service and the quility has went downhill. The price point is getting a bit to high in my opinion. The food is still OK, but between the price and poor customer service, I find I do not eat at Portillo's that often anymore. The wait times can be REDICULOUS when eating in, they focus on making the food for the drive through first and make their inside customers wait. I have waited up to 25 minutes for a cheeseburger, fries, and a pop! I originally gave this location two stars but have removed one based on how horrible even their corporate customer service is. They responded with a generic customer service email to my Review, so I sent an email, what a joke. I'm pretty sure no one at Portillo's truly cares about customer service anymore. It's a investment company that owns them, and their only concern is how to increase profits. I truly believe the only reason they responded to my review was to give the impression of caring. How about a phone number and name of someone I can call if Portillo's actually cares about my experience!? That ain't happening lol, because their concern is fake......
