  Have been coming to this McDonald’s for years and pass up two on my way here because 9/10 the food will be hot and fresh. The workers are kind as well.

  I’ve stopped by this location a few times on my way to work 🚗, but my recent experience really left a bad impression 😕. The older woman working the first drive-thru window in the morning came across as quite rude. When I couldn’t immediately locate my car, she reacted with attitude, even smacking her lips and speaking about me in Spanish, not realizing I could understand her 🗣️. That kind of behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and it definitely changed how I see this place. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not judged or embarrassed. Because of this interaction, I don’t feel like coming back anymore ❌. If someone is unhappy in their role, it might be better for them to consider a different path instead of treating customers this way 🙏.

  This place literally Robs people!! Went for a sausage with cheese no egg meal and they charged me almost $12 when the range of price in whole Illinois is between $5 - $7. McDonald’s Corporation should pay attention to it.

  This is NOT a full fries - this is clearly underfilled. I paid for a full size fries and received a box that isn’t even close to being full. Anyone can see that this is not what customers are paying for. This is NOT the first time this happens at this location. It honestly feels like staff take advantage of customers who are in a rush and don’t have time to check their order. I was picking up my order quickly (taxi waiting, low battery, child in the car), trusted the staff - and got this. This is dishonest and unacceptable. If you charge for a full portion - give a full portion. I will not be coming back. Update: I was asked to submit this issue through another form, which feels unnecessary. I’ve already shared my experience here, including a photo. The quality of the fries was unacceptable and clearly below standard. Situations like this should be handled without requiring extra steps from the customer. I expect this to be addressed properly at the store level, without requiring any further action from me.
