Horrible, Dirty, and poor service. The girl working there, after cleaning the floor serves food without washing hands. Shook the dust pan next to the serving area. They don't follow food safety! And their service is the worse I have ever seen. This place should be closed for business. Don't be surprised is you get sick after eating here.

When we got there, girl's priorty was to sweep the floor. After sweeping floor she emptied dust pan with her hands and never washed prior to preparing our order. Took 8 minutes for her to stop and take the order. When we asked her to wash her hands, she yelled back saying "I do this all the time". She went to the back to wash her hands but we could not see it. She came back after in less than 15 sec. We asked for the other employee to assist. We asked for a refund since we were upset at everything that transpired. He said he could not credit back the card and could not give cash back. He insisted that he could complete the order himself but also did a horrible job. He went to the back to supposedly wash his hands. Took less that 15 sec as well. He had been fixing boxes and cleaning as well so no food safety. He made everything in a hurry. One of the items was a banana split. He barely put any of the toppings and ice cream was very limited. As he gave us each item, he would slam it on the counter. We asked the supervisors name but said we had to go on the website. From beginning to end, the service was terrible. They were in a hurry to close up everything and did not want to help anyone coming in.

One new hire can ruin a reputation. This location has been operating perfectly well for years, across several different owners and an army of different workers. The most recent owners are no exception. Polite, competent, etc. Tonight though, an order of three ice cream treats was presented with no lids on any, and an overflowing cup on one, and no holder offered. When I started eating my Blizzard, I found the bottom third was completely unmixed. Just plain soft serve. The new person at the window needs to be better educated on customer service. And we now need to clean a sticky mess out of a car.

Ever since the new ownership I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. There’s always a girl and a guy but the girl is the one giving me the most problems. Everytime she attends me, she acts like she hates her job her tone is rude and always has attitude. Everytime I pay at the drive through she clearly sees me struggling barley reaching and she doesn’t even try to extend her arm out. Maybe im just pulling up to far from the window but the next time my car was almost touching the wall, I had the same problem.
