The cold foam on the refreshers is non existent. He always forgets items. Now I’m late to work because of how long it took with mediocre food.

Waited 12mins in the drive thru on a Thursday at 10am for 2 iced coffees.. came home and threw them away. 2 pieces of melted ice, marshmallow cold foam completely disintegrated. The overall drinks tasted absolutely vile. Like BURNT WATER. These workers should all be fired, seriously. How hard can it be to click buttons?? Each time I try and give this location another chance, it’s the same things.
