  Horrible service from a lady with orange hair. 5/17 10:00pm working the lane. Giving attitude for no reason. When I asked her for stuff that was missing from my order she was bothered. She shouldn’t be working there at all.

  When i started eating the food, a bug come out from the burrito bowl they just prepared. So disgusting. This place is filthy.

  I had an excellent experience picking up my order at Chipotle thanks to Norma. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Norma made sure my order was ready, accurate, and handled the pickup process quickly and smoothly. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly stood out and made my visit a great one. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like Norma on their team. Thank you, Norma, for going above and beyond!

  I want to start out by saying the service was good. My issue is that for multiple days in a row I have gone to this location for a steak bowl and was told that they can no longer cook meat after 7:30pm. This makes no sense give they close at 10:00pm. I then ordered chicken and got what I would consider to be half of the usual amount because the employees were told to ration the proteins. The idea that their manager told them to do this to save on food cost blows my mind. As a publicly traded company service of this nature drastically damages their brand. The services provided should be the companies main concern, it is obviously not at this location. At least the service was good and the workers were apologetic. It’s unfortunate that they are trying to provide a positive experience without the tools to do so. Photo for reference to how little chicken I was given.
