  rainforest cafe always delivers a delicious and enjoyable experience. however, this time was different. this time, our server was karla. karla was so funny, helpful, and enjoyable to have as our server. i have no notes for karla to change any behavior of hers, and i ALWAYS have notes. clone karla a million times so she can staff the whole restaurant!! raving review for karla.

  Cartier truly made our experience exceptional! His service stood out from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, quick, and genuinely kind, always making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. He was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. It’s rare to receive service this thoughtful and attentive, and Cartier absolutely deserves recognition for it. He made our visit that much more enjoyable, and we would definitely come back hoping to have him as our waiter again!

  Love this place so much! From Chicago and have been wanting to come back for yearsss; I just turned 19 and haven’t been back in ages since the Chicago location closed. The menu got even better since last time i visited, the food was great!! Our waitress Jennifer was so sweet and definitely contributed to bringing some of that magic back to life for me. Even though my birthday happened earlier this month, she still helped me celebrate with a delicious complimentary cupcake, and with a song of course as well!! Will DEFINITELY be back!

  Our server Vanessa was awesome! Super attentive, very nice! Our drinks were always filled, food came out fast and tasty, and was easy to get boxes since she kept up with seeing if we needed anything else :) We were here for a birthday, got a free cupcake and the waitress asked if my partner was okay with singing which we both thought was very considerate. The singing was fun. We had a kiddo in our group as well and the balloon guy made her a cute butterfly balloon.

  Went for lunch with a friend and no kids - the waitress was surprised, lol. It was a convenient stop on the way to our final destination. The coconut shrimp and sauce were to die for. I had the Korean lettuce wraps which was pretty good, and my friend always has the glass noodle salad. Service was very attentive, atmosphere was very unique (a bit too much sensory stimulation for me!) It was a little dark (for me, but it suited the theme) and I think I waited far too long for a table in an empty restaurant. From "lining up" to seating was a bit more than 10 minutes and nearly every table was empty at 1130am on a Wednesday.. they opened at 11. They seemed confused about where to put people. Maybe it was a once off so still gave 5 stars everywhere. But really the coconut shrimp was the highlight :) I won't go back simply because it is really set up for children and the constant rainforest sounds and lighting are not for me, but I would recommend it for families who like that sort of thing, for sure! Bit on the pricey side.. but they put on a good show for it.
